Arvo Workout Companion is a focused rest timer and lightweight workout notes companion for strength training.
Start a 30, 60, or 90 second interval, pause or reset it, and receive a Firefox notification when the timer ends—even after closing the popup. Keep short set notes stored locally so your latest training cue remains available when you reopen the extension.
Timer and notes work without an account. When you want the complete coaching experience, the optional “Open today’s workout” handoff takes you to Arvo. The extension requests only alarms, notifications, and storage permissions. It does not collect or transmit user data and does not load remote code.
