WHAT THE EXTENSION ADDS

• Default search engine — after a one-time confirmation from Firefox, anything you type in the address bar
opens Beamo Search results. Prefer to keep your current engine? You can also type "beamo" then press Tab (or
Space) to search Beamo just for that one query.
• A clean new-tab page — every new tab opens a distraction-free Beamo search box (light & dark themes
included), with quick links to Beamo Home and Chat, and your account status if you're signed in.
• Toolbar button — one click opens Beamo Search.
• Right-click search — highlight any text on a page, right-click, and choose "Search Beamo for…".

Works on Firefox for desktop and Firefox for Android.

• Every search simply opens beamosearch.com in a normal browser tab — the same site, the same content, and the
same privacy behavior as visiting Beamo directly.
• Like any search engine you choose, Beamo receives the search terms you submit so it can return results.
That's the only data collection, and Firefox shows it to you up front.
