youtube added a new section to the subs page of most relevant vids. Added an option to remove this, on by default. Before when you imported settings other that the white and black list, it wasn't included, everything on the options page is now included. Also fixed bug where the drop down panels of the filter buttons were clear.

youtube update caused filter buttons to disappear on navigate finish so moved the code that adds buttons to the page to be called whenever navigation to the subs page happens

Increased speed of extension by utilizing new method of identifying when the page is ready for filtering.
Updated Channel filter so the channel field is now whatever channel contains the text rather than an exact match. This is to accommodate a new feature of the black list to allow black listing all videos by using the char "*" in the title field. This is to hide videos from channels you are not directly subscribed to.
Added an on hover background to the buttons to better match aesthetically with the YouTube buttons they appear next to.

fixed extension breaking when YouTube updated their DOM. Also noticed it looked kinda weird having all the shorts visible when viewing unwatched and visible filters so it's now hidden unless you're viewing all or unwatched.
