- Improved citation popovers for arXiv HTML and ar5iv, including better metadata and abstract handling for MNRAS and related references.
- Kept long abstracts usable by containing scroll inside the popover.
- Fixed the slow-reference regression that could make some popovers stall; base metadata now appears first and slower DOI enrichment fills in progressively.
- Reduced ar5iv DOM work during cite neutralization and hardened cite scroll behavior on arXiv HTML.
