fix: ensure cleanup alarm is verified on every browser boot

• Previously, we relied on onInstalled lifecycle event which resulted lost alarms when browser closes specially Firefox. Now, the alarm registration is verified on every background script initialization to guarantee persistence as well the cleanup task backed by timestamp check to prevent missed or duplicate executions.

• fix: disable Zod JIT on Firefox to avoid CSP violations

fix: handle dynamic job list updates

• Previously, the extension only processed the job page on initial load and when the URL changed. However, when a user interacted with the in-page filters on the SPA, the website updated the job list dynamically and the content script was completely blind to these updates.

• Replaced fixed 2-month cache retention with deadline-based cleanup. (job IDs are now automatically removed after the associated job deadline passes)
• Added extension activity metrics. (You can now view how many job ids were hidden in total!)
• Removed unused dependencies. (forgot to remove after debugging :3)
