V3.0 — since V2

Fixed "unblock followers of X" queuing nothing (or worse, seemingly making things worse): turned out Bluesky hides your blocked/muted accounts from lists you view, including other people's followers — so the old approach couldn't ever see them. Now it works the right way: check your own block/mute list against the target directly.
Feed/thread "undo" removed where it can't be made reliable (same hidden-account issue, no fix available there) — panel now points you to Quick Unblock or Unblock ALL instead of silently doing nothing.
Fixed a crash ("handle must be a valid handle") in the above unblock flow.
Queue view split into Start/End, both collapsible — you can finally see recently-added accounts, not just what's about to process.
Panel no longer overlaps thread replies when showing a result.
Added a one-click shortcut to Bluesky's app-password page (full auto-login intentionally not built — would require handling your real password).
Minor text cleanup on the settings page.
