-Added a pop up to go directly to options, cancel, or continue as is if the settings have not been set yet. This only happens if the number you are trying to call is incomplete (no country or area code)

-Changed how the launching of the link is handled when pointed towards the desktop app. Previously, the extension was just calling an "MSTEAMS://" link over the current page. This was triggering the "are you sure you want to leave this page" pop up on some websites despite it not leaving the page. Now it calls up the MSTEAMS link in a hidden iFrame temporarily, not causing the pop up.
