ChatGPT Export saves conversations from chatgpt.com as real files, in one click.
Formats: PDF, Word, Markdown, HTML, plain text, CSV and JSON. You can copy a conversation to the clipboard, or export your entire chat history as a ZIP archive.
What it does: - Adds an Export button on the ChatGPT page - Alt+Shift+E exports from the keyboard - Optionally includes alternative answers, not only the branch on screen - Keeps code blocks, lists and tables readable - Warns if an export looks like it contains secrets (API keys, tokens, cards) - nothing is blocked or edited
Local export: files are built in your browser and downloaded from there. There is no account, no analytics and no tracking. PDF uses your browser's print dialog ("Save as PDF"), so chats are not sent to a third-party PDF converter.
