Turn Navigator fix for ChatGPT's new layout (rolling out to accounts since late September 2026).

• Works on every ChatGPT page build, including the new layout where the old message markers are gone: the navigator locates your messages by their text and by the new layout's markers, shows your real position instead of "–/N", and the arrows jump to the previous, next, first and last message again.
• Appears in new chats and counts new messages without reloading the page.
• Correct scrolling on the new layout's bottom-up thread (PageUp/PageDown/Home/End, first/last).
• Keeps the last known position while a long answer fills the screen.

No new permissions.

v1.6.3 — Turn Navigator now works on every ChatGPT page layout.

• ChatGPT shows different page layouts to different accounts. On some of them the navigator couldn't find the messages: the counter stayed at 1, the arrows and PageUp/PageDown did nothing, and new messages weren't counted until a reload. The extension now recognises the messages and the conversation's scroll area on all known layouts, with safe fallbacks.
• When a message isn't loaded yet, the arrows scroll towards it instead of jumping to the top.
• The navigator appears in new chats right away and counts new messages live.

No new permissions.

v1.6.2 — Turn Navigator fixes + keyboard scrolling.

• Turn Navigator no longer gets stuck (for example showing 1/16 at the bottom of a chat with arrows that did nothing). In short chats and at the end of a conversation, where the last messages can't scroll up to the top of the page, the counter now stays accurate and the arrows always step through your messages.
• The message the navigator jumps to is briefly highlighted, so every jump is visible.
• PageUp, PageDown, Home and End now scroll the conversation when you're not typing (ChatGPT itself doesn't respond to these keys).

No new permissions.

v1.6.1 — Code block fix for ChatGPT's updated renderer.

ChatGPT now draws every code block as two nested blocks (a header with the language and copy button, plus the code itself). v1.6.0 treated them as two separate blocks. This hotfix:

• Collapse Code: shows a single "Show all" button per code block again (it was showing two).
• Exports from temporary chats no longer duplicate code blocks.

No new permissions and no other behavior changes.

v1.6.0 — Built for ChatGPT's new paginated conversations.

ChatGPT now loads long chats in pages and renumbers its message markers as you scroll, which silently broke every tool that relied on what was visible on screen. This release reads the whole conversation the same way ChatGPT does:

• Export (TXT / Markdown / PDF / Word) and Copy Chat include EVERY message of a long conversation again — 600+ messages in under a second, with the original Markdown formatting (tables, lists, code blocks) preserved.
• The message count in the popup shows the real total of the conversation.
• Turn Navigator counts against the full thread and can jump to messages ChatGPT hasn't loaded yet (it pages them in for you).
• Hide Thinking works with the new in-turn "Thought for Xs" rows — the answer stays, only the reasoning row is hidden.
• Selection export is keyed to stable message ids, so your selection survives scrolling and paging.
• Fixes: loading overlay no longer appears inside a message; temporary chats and custom-GPT chats initialise correctly; code blocks keep their language in exports; Hide Banners now follows your plan status consistently.

No new permissions. Everything runs in your browser against chatgpt.com; nothing is sent anywhere else.

ChatGPT Booster v1.5.1 — maintenance release

• Fixed the popup locking the PRO toggles when a background status check hiccupped. The panel now retries and falls back to the last known license state instead of greying the rows out.
• Locked rows now explain why they are locked instead of just dimming.
• Internal parity with the Chrome build: shared message contract and translations.

Note: "Network Tracker Block" remains Chrome-only. It relies on the declarativeNetRequest network API, which this Firefox build does not use, so the row stays hidden here as before.

ChatGPT Booster v1.5.0 — Navigator & Performance HUD

Note: a few Chrome-only capabilities (Instant Switch prefetching and network tracker blocking) are not part of the Firefox build. Everything listed above works in Firefox.

v1.3.3 — "Speed Booster" is now "Clean Memory"

ChatGPT now virtualizes long conversations on its own, so our CSS-based Speed Booster became redundant and could conflict with it (blanking the chat on scroll). We replaced it with CLEAN MEMORY: switching chats reloads fresh so ChatGPT drops the previous conversation's accumulated memory.

Also: fixes the black-screen on long chats and a toggle that re-enabled itself; Export now captures the ENTIRE conversation. Performance panel (8 toggles) and PDF/Word export unchanged. UI in 10 languages.

v1.3.2 — Performance panel + complete exports

• NEW: Performance panel with 8 optional optimizations — Resource Hints, Reduce Animations, Optimize DOM, Font & Image optimization, plus PRO: Block Trackers, Keep Session, Defer Non-Essential.
• FIX: Exports now capture the WHOLE conversation on long chats (ChatGPT's new message virtualization was truncating them).
• Reliability: the Speed Booster respects your toggle, no observer leaks across navigations, safer exports, accurate stats.

v1.2.1 — Bug fix

Fixed: in v1.2 the Speed Booster toggle could appear ON in the popup even when the trial was expired (the underlying functionality was already gated correctly, but the toggle state was visually wrong until you changed language). The toggle now stays disabled and unchecked from the moment the popup opens for expired trials.

No new features, no new permissions, no new languages — only this small UI fix on top of v1.2.

v1.2 — Multi-language support

Added 8 new languages to the popup and content script:

Translations cover both the popup UI and the content script (load-more sentinel, export labels for User/Assistant/Message #, etc.), so the TXT/PDF/Word exports are now also localized.

No new permissions were added.
