- Chapter menu no longer shows errors incorrectly: failed lookups retry instead of showing "Could not load" / empty state
- Fixed media thumbnails/artwork not loading: tries all available artwork sizes in order (largest first) with automatic fallback to site icon
- Fixed broken site icons showing as empty boxes in cards and artwork area
- Buffering indicator now respects OS Reduced Motion setting: stays visible but stops spinning when animations are off
