If you want to indulge your Netscape nostalgia, this may be the addon for you. Although, these days, it's hard to find a website that takes long enough to witness the full animation. Thanks, undersea cables!

This addon fixes the incomplete Netscape throbber animation in the original Firescape Navigator addon.
