    The color picker now opens as an instant popup from the toolbar - no more new tabs.

    Features:
    - Quick Pick - 12 vibrant colors always visible at top
    - Accordion sections - Presets, Harmony, Palette, Custom (collapsible)
    - Color preview - See your selection before applying
    - "Open in tab" - Link to full-page picker when you need more space
