For the most part, it works very well, but the snooze function doesn't always work. A notification will pop up for the site, a warning will pop up from this extension, you'll read the warnings, and click on the button which reads "Hide Until New Incidents", but then the next time you go to that site, you still get the popup even when there haven't been any new incidents of anti-consumer behavior from the company in question.

So I've been using this extension since Louis uploaded his video on it and this is my honest opinion:
In its current state, it's counter productive.

I find myself more annoyed that it pops up rather than find value in the information it provides. This isn't due to lack of interest but due to the inefficient method of communication the extension employs. It's just too hard to read at a glance.

It ends up being a bit of a "boy who cried wolf" situation where the thing pops up whenever I visit a new site, that it ceases to be a sufficient warning anymore and I just close it out of habit.

I think the popup can be vastly improved by streamlining the info that is displayed. For instance, why is there so much space wasted on explaining what the website is? I know what the website is, I'm literally on it. You don't need to give me a description of the website. ESPECIALLY since the entire description box for the website is larger, highlighted and takes up more space than the anti-consumer information the extension is intended to communicate!

-The popup should have the name of the website with a button under it to expand to show the description that would be collapsed by default.
-The "Related Incidents" title should have a counter next to it indicating the number of incidents contained within the list.
-The items in the list itself should have a larger, more readable font. Each incident should also have more information visible without any additional action required by the user. Maybe it expands when the user mouses over it or something.
-You should increase the upper limit to the number of incidents on the main popup before prompting the user if they want to see more. In fact, I'd even say that any incident that is "Active" should be visible by default.
-Finally, rather than just saying "Active" you should also show the most relevant date as to when the incident took place.

People don't like clicking things. They especially don't like clicking things that take them to another website. So the more RELEVANT information you can provide before it becomes too much clutter and hard to read, the better.
