Direct Player opens Dailymotion videos in Dailymotion’s lightweight embedded player. Open the extension while viewing a Dailymotion page, or paste a Dailymotion URL or video ID. It recognizes standard video pages, embed URLs, player URLs, and dai.ly short links. The extension has no analytics, advertising, accounts, data collection, host permissions, content scripts, remote code, or background tracking. It reads the active tab URL only after you invoke it and processes that URL locally. Playback remains provided by Dailymotion.
