No data is collected, transmitted, or sold. Your list of disabled sites is stored locally in Firefox Sync storage and is not sent to the developer or any third party.
The extension does not read page content or any other site or user data. The <all_urls> permission is required by Firefox for scripting.registerContentScripts, which is what this Add-on uses to inject its script that stops sites from using site-specific shortcuts.
