The add-on does not collect, sell, share or transmit any data to the publisher or to any third party. It has no server, no analytics and no tracking.

What is stored, and where: the ServiceNow instance addresses you add, the agents you create (name, optional ServiceNow user ID, working days), teams (name, assignment groups, members and their share of tickets), planned absences (agent and dates, no reason), settings, and a history of up to 500 assignments. All of this is stored only in the browser's local extension storage on your device.

Network activity: the add-on sends requests only to the ServiceNow instances you add, after you grant permission for each address. Using your existing logged-in session, it reads unassigned tickets in the assignment groups you configured, looks up users by the names or user IDs you configured, and sets the "Assigned to" field (and, if enabled, a work note). It never reads or stores your password and does not load remote code.

Other people's data: agent names are personal data of your colleagues. Use the add-on for legitimate work purposes and in line with your organisation's policies and applicable data-protection law.

Retention and deletion: data stays until you delete it in Settings > Data & privacy > Delete all data. Uninstalling the add-on removes all of its data. Ended absences are removed automatically and history is capped at 500 entries.
