DivTally Browser Extension - Privacy Policy

This extension collects no personal data and contains no analytics or tracking of any kind.

What it stores: only its own rate-limiter counters (timestamps of recent trade-API requests),
kept locally in your browser (browser.storage.local) so the extension can never exceed Path of
Exile's per-IP rate limits. This data never leaves your machine and contains nothing personal.

What it sends: official Path of Exile trade searches (search + fetch) to
https://www.pathofexile.com/api/trade/* - and only when the DivTally website (divtally.com) asks
for a price. Requests are sent logged out (credentials omitted), so no account, session, cookie,
or browsing data is ever read or transmitted. The extension runs on no other website.

Community cache note: the DivTally WEBSITE (not this extension) may offer to share an item's
price result (item description + listed price + league only - never any personal, account, or
identifying data) with a short-lived shared cache so other visitors see popular builds priced.
That feature is part of the website, has an opt-out on the site's How-it-works page, and this
extension itself uploads nothing anywhere - it only returns prices to the page you are on.

No data is collected, sold, or transferred to anyone.
