The add-on's background page no longer goes to sleep while a download is being decided, so downloads stop slipping through to Firefox after the browser has been idle for a while.
Downloads already sitting in Firefox's history are no longer re-sent to the desktop app when the add-on starts up.
A download is now judged by the address you clicked rather than the one it redirects to, so per-site rules match the site you were actually on.
