Lots of fixes that previous features broke. HTML and Groups

Broke "groups" drop down with custom drop down text. Didn't notice until too late!

Updated "groups" drop down to be cached and load faster. Always shows now.
Added alt text to the tag box so you can see the tags being added before adding them
Quick Comment Drop down can now be custom set by the user in the options.html

Skipped right over to 2.2.2 due to wait times on approving releases. 2.2.2 had so many more fixes and improvements over 2.2.1 that it just wouldn't be right to release the prior. Here is the change log:
