FlowMate 2.4.0 adds a live session strip with the current phase, countdown, and progress; keeps audio aligned with Flow Club's session schedule even in background tabs; and introduces “Quiet outside deep work” to pause ticks and announcements during check-in, breaks, and check-out. This release also improves task capture and completion syncing, prevents duplicate audio outside live session pages, fixes popup width growth, and strengthens audio reliability after sleep or extension updates.

Flow Club Companion is now FlowMate for Flow Club — now part of FlowMate.

Your Flow Club goals are now automatically saved locally, with your latest 3 sessions always available. No more losing your task list when a session ends.

• Optional FlowMate sync
Sign in with your free FlowMate account to:

• Count Flow Club sessions toward your FlowMate stats
• Pull saved checklists into the extension
• Save extension lists as reusable master checklists

Sign-in is completely optional. Without signing in, everything continues to work locally on your device.

Fresh installs now begin with transition tones only instead of minute-by-minute voice announcements.

Privacy remains unchanged:

All preferences remain local by default. Sync only happens when you explicitly sign in.
