FutPulse Mobile processes only the data necessary to provide account access, license verification and the trading features requested by the user.
Account data:
When a user signs in, FutPulse processes the account email address, access/license status, access expiry and a random installation identifier used for account and trial management. Passwords are not stored in plain text.
EA Web App data:
The extension processes market, item, transfer and session-related information from the EA SPORTS FC Web App locally in the browser in order to perform the searches, purchases and listings configured by the user. FutPulse does not ask users to provide their EA login credentials, and the EA session identifier is not sent to the FutPulse server.
Local extension data:
Search targets, settings, price limits, budgets, tracked items, activity logs and trading statistics may be stored locally in the browser so the extension can function correctly.
Server communication:
FutPulse communicates with https://futpulsebot.com for account authentication, license verification and related service functionality.
Third-party services:
FutPulse may use service providers such as Render/PostgreSQL for hosting and database infrastructure, Resend for transactional email and Stripe for payments. Payment providers process payment information directly; FutPulse does not store full payment card details.
Advertising and analytics:
The extension does not sell user data and does not use user data for personalized advertising. The extension does not include advertising trackers.
Data retention and deletion:
Account and service data is retained only as necessary to provide the service, maintain security and comply with applicable legal obligations. Users may contact FutPulse to request access, correction or deletion of their personal data where applicable.
