GenshinSync syncs your Genshin Impact build data from HoYoLAB to a personal
dashboard at genshinsync.web.app. This is what we collect and why.

What we collect
- HoYoLAB session cookies (ltoken_v2, ltuid_v2, ltmid_v2, account_id_v2,
account_mid_v2, cookie_token_v2) — read from your browser only when you
click the extension icon. Sent once to our backend to authenticate you
against HoYoLAB's API, then stored encrypted at rest in our database so
we can keep syncing your data without asking you to click the extension
every time.
- Your Genshin Impact UID, used as your account's primary key.
- Genshin Impact game data (characters, artifacts, weapons, abyss/theater
clears, etc.) fetched from HoYoLAB's API using your session, stored to
power your dashboard.
- Optionally, if you choose to link Google sign-in on our website: your
Google account ID, email, and display name, used only to let you log
into your existing dashboard from another device.

How we use it
- Solely to build and show your personal dashboard at
genshinsync.web.app/u/{your-uid}.
- We do not sell, share, or use your data for advertising or analytics.

Access and storage
- Your dashboard is private by default; only you can view it.
- Data is stored in PostgreSQL hosted on Railway (US region); all traffic
is HTTPS. HoYoLAB cookies are encrypted at rest and are never logged in
plaintext.

Retention and deletion
- Data is kept as long as your account exists. Email somtomxr@icloud.com
to request full account and data deletion within 7 days.

Third parties
- HoYoLAB / HoYoverse (game data source), Google OAuth (optional sign-in
only — no other Google service is accessed), Railway (hosting).
