Glypdl Companion operates under a strict privacy-first policy:
1. No Data Collection: We do not collect, store, track, or transmit your browsing history, visited URLs, IP address, search queries, or personal information.
2. Local Communication: The extension communicates exclusively with the local Glypdl desktop application on your computer using Firefox Native Messaging. No data is ever transmitted to remote servers.
3. Cookies: Cookies are accessed exclusively on demand when the user explicitly clicks 'Using Cookie' to authenticate media downloads locally with yt-dlp on the user's own device.
