- Fixed avatar detection incorrectly excluding business/logo avatars (e.g. pharmacies, dental offices) in favor of plain initials
- Fixed the conversation pane occasionally scrolling unexpectedly when a new message arrived
- Fixed a security issue where imported avatar URLs were not validated before being applied
- Fixed unsafe DOM insertion when patching avatars in place
- Removed the unreliable avatar pixel-variance heuristic in favor of caching all conversation avatars as Google renders them
- Ungrouped conversations now preserve Google's natural list order with unread conversations floating to the top, instead of resorting purely by unread state (which caused conversations to visually jump after being read)
- Message delivery status (Sent / Delivered / Read) and end-to-end encryption indicators in the sidebar for the active conversation, with a distinct blue color for "Read" to match common messaging app conventions
- Delivery status now updates reliably as messages transition through Sent → Delivered → Read, including for newly sent messages in an already-open conversation and messages sent from another device (e.g. phone) that sync into the open web conversation

data_collection_permissionsfield added to comply with Firefox's data collection disclosure requirement - Removed tab title unread count badge, which conflicted with Google's own unread count in the tab title
- Fixed native "Mark as unread" menu briefly flashing on screen when triggered from the sidebar (feature removed)
