GrabLine Connect 1.28.0

• Updated for GrabLine desktop app 1.28.0

• Same Native Messaging handoff: downloads still run in the desktop app, not the browser

• The hover download button now shows the Grabline logo, and hides when a
  video goes fullscreen instead of getting stuck on screen.
• The on-page download progress indicator is now off by default; turn it on
  from the popup ("Show download progress on the page").
• Removed the default-quality setting; one-click grabs use the app's default.
• Popup layout fixes so nothing is clipped by the scrollbar.

No new permissions.

Redesigned to match the Grabline desktop app, in both light and dark.

New in the toolbar popup:
- Quick actions: open Grabline, grab the current tab, or paste a link to send.
- A recent-downloads view showing your latest downloads with live progress.
- A default-quality setting for one-click grabs.

The in-page download button and progress indicator now use the app's own
icons. No new permissions.
