Configurable Effects: 🎃👻🦇

Syber-Bats 🦇: Animated bats with glowing eyes that flutter and swoop across the screen.
Syber-Drip 💧: Dripping liquid effects, falling from the top to simulate eerie, melting visuals.
Falling-Code 💻: Streams of binary code (0s and 1s) raining down.
Syber-Glitch 📺: Glitching rectangular elements that pulse and skew, creating a distorted, digital malfunction aesthetic.
Syber-Strobe ⚡: Flashing overlays that simulate lightning or strobe lights, with random delays for sudden bursts of illumination.
Abyssal-Fog 🌫️: Drifting fog layers with subtle opacity and blur, evoking a misty, abyssal atmosphere across the page.
Syber-Stars ✨: Twinkling stars scattered in the background, glowing in random colors for a starry, night-sky effect.
Hacko-Jackos 🎃: Floating jack-o-lantern pumpkins with animated eyes, teeth, and stems, cycling colors and flickering for Halloween vibes.
