Since Firefox 153, the check that asks YouTube Music whether a video is music was failing on every video, and the extension treated that failure as "this isn't music" — silently blocking every YouTube scrobble. The check now runs from the extension's background script, an unreachable check no longer blocks scrobbling, and videos YouTube itself categorises as Music are always scrobbled.
