Improve HLTV with optional tools for forums, matches, and player stats:

Forums: thread previews, read tracking, custom feeds, local tags and reactions, and posting guidance.
Matches: extra team filters, strict filtering, sticky headers, and recent player form.
Stats: configurable columns, sorting, trends, map analysis, player comparisons, and CSV export.

Individual features can be turned on and off.
