Fixed the Disable mouseover previews option not working with YouTube’s current interface.

When enabled, hovering over videos on Home, Subscriptions, and search results now:

• Keeps the original thumbnail visible.
• Prevents the silent preview from playing.
• Stops YouTube from restarting the preview automatically.

• Implemented the opt-in “Disable mouseover previews” setting.

• Keeps thumbnails static across Home, Subscriptions, and search results.
• Applies immediately through synced extension storage.
• Blocks hover activation, hides preview players, and pauses fallback preview media.
• Defaults to disabled.
• Bumped the extension to v1.13.
