Improves eduVULCAN and Dziennik Vulcan services to make them more less painful to use (especially for mobile users)

Among the improvements:
- Better navigation system for mobile
- Icons on top of websites redirect to the dashboard
- Adds PWA support
- Displays your full name next to username
- Fixes many bugs and glitches
- Dark theme (soon)
