eBay Seller Tools is a browser extension that provides seller productivity features on supported eBay pages. Its features include store-name harvesting, saved responses, order matching with Dropship Calendar, ZIP-code location lookup, and optional tracking lookup.


The extension handles only the data needed for its user-facing features:

• Saved-response text and the response shortcut prefix you configure.
• The feedback threshold you configure for Store Name Harvesting.
• A Kalk Track API key that you enter in the extension's Configuration page, plus the tracking-search settings you choose.
• On supported eBay search pages, seller names and feedback counts displayed in the search results.
• On supported eBay pages, order-related information displayed to you, such as order IDs, date sold, destination ZIP code, and tracking information.
• On Dropship Calendar, order-match information displayed to you, such as order status, supplier account, supplier order ID, and tracking information.

Saved responses are stored in the browser's extension sync storage so they may sync between profiles signed into the same browser account. The harvesting threshold, API key, and tracking-search settings are stored in local extension storage on the device.

The extension processes page information in the browser to provide its features. Store Name Harvesting copies qualifying seller names to your device clipboard only when you use its keyboard shortcut; those names are not transmitted by the extension. The extension does not sell data, use it for advertising, build browsing profiles, or transmit it to the developer.

When you use a feature that needs an external service, the extension sends only the information needed for that request to the following service:

• Zippopotam.us: a five-digit US ZIP code, to return its city and state.
• Dropship Calendar: order IDs, and a tracking number and selected carrier only when you choose the Mirror tracking to DC action. The extension reads the matching order details presented by your logged-in Dropship Calendar session.
• Kalk Track (tracking.ezwhitelist.com): your API key and the selected search criteria. Depending on the feature you select, this can include destination ZIP code, destination city/state, and an eBay order's date sold. The service returns tracking search results.

The extension does not collect or transmit information from sites outside the pages described above. The developer does not operate Zippopotam.us, Dropship Calendar, or Kalk Track; their use of information is governed by their respective policies.


The extension retains configuration only in your browser's extension storage. You can delete saved responses, remove the API key, reset settings, or uninstall the extension to remove locally stored extension data. Synced data can also be removed through your browser's sync controls.


The extension communicates with its supported web services over HTTPS. Your Kalk Track API key is kept in local extension storage and is sent only to the Kalk Track service when you initiate a Kalk Track search.


We may update this policy when the extension changes. The current version will be published with the extension's store listings.
