Great app!

I use this extension per usual of my experience from day 1; all of the extra additives of the app seldom affect my use, I tend to stick 2 the bassics I first bought the app for- I'm paid up til 2020, what?

Trying to Log in, it will close the window as soon as I try to put in my password. Very frustrating, currently unusable in my browser (FF62 on Ubuntu)

Their automatic features doesn't always work. For example, it doesn't work logging in to gmail; app doesn't recognize the input text and I know this works very well in Chrome.

It doesn't work in private mode.

If you have a lot of passwords this plugin is a noticeable performance hit in Firefox. It seems nearly every page freezes for a second during load while this plugin does its thing. I also don't understand why reviewers rave about its interface -- it seems to me the nagging popup panel puts itself in the worst position on-screen, often blocking the view of critical interface elements on the page. I wish the popup dialog would only display if I pressed the little lock icon. I have not tried a lot of different password managers, but this plugin needs some improvement in my opinion.

This add-on will not remember my user name in FireFox. (It does in Chrome. And it does in Edge.). I first reported this to Keeper three years ago when using it on a Win-7 laptop. I reported it again on a Win-8 desktop. I'm now have new hardware, running Win-10 on both laptop and desktop. It still won't remember the user name.
After three years and multiple notifications, it strikes me that Keeper has no commitment to solving the problem.
I'm forced to use browsers other than Firefox when I'm going to be doing a lot of log-ins; e.g. banking and ordering parts because it's quicker when the password manager remembers the user name.
