Kiku Hours is a comprehensible input tracker. It counts the hours you spend listening to the language you're learning, accurately, so you always know where you are on the road to fluency.

Other trackers count minutes watched. That includes ads, pauses and videos in your own language. Kiku Hours works out the language of every video by listening and counts only the ones you're learning.

How it works

• Say which languages you already speak. Everything else counts.
• Watch as normal on YouTube, Twitch, Netflix and the other supported video sites.
• Kiku Hours listens to the audio, identifies the language of each video and counts the time you listened.

What counts

• Time is measured from the video player, so ads, pauses and skipping don't count. A tab in the background still does.
• Videos in a language you already speak are recorded, but left out of your total.
• If a video's language can't be identified, its time isn't counted. Nothing is guessed.

What you see

• Today: your hours so far, your daily goal, your streak, and every video you listened to.
• Progress: all-time hours, a chart of the year, a calendar of every day, and achievements.
• Your data: everything stays in your browser. Export a spreadsheet, back up to a file, or restore on another computer.
