Kipwise browser add-on: privacy notice

The add-on works with your Kipwise account. It does not include analytics or advertising and does not sell data. It sends data only to Kipwise's own servers:

• Your Kipwise session cookie, to authenticate requests to the Kipwise API.
• Text you choose to save (a highlighted selection, or the page title and address) and the search queries you type in the panel.
• If your team admin enables knowledge suggestions for helpdesk tools (Zendesk, Intercom, Freshservice, HubSpot, Jira, GitHub issues, Gmail, Salesforce), the visible ticket or conversation text on those pages, to find relevant Kipwise pages.
