Most interview prep is passive: reading articles, watching videos, running through flashcards in your head. None of that prepares you for the moment someone actually pushes back.

Lalophos puts a "Practice This" button directly on the site you're already using — LinkedIn, indeed, Glassdoor, a pitch deck tool, a legal research page — and opens a live voice conversation with an AI that plays the other side. It negotiates your salary down. It grills you in a mock interview. It objects to your pitch. It doesn't go easy, and it talks back in real time, not through a script.

Thirteen scenarios are built in, covering job interviews, salary negotiations, investor pitches, cold calls, cross-examination, first dates, conflict resolution, and more. The extension detects which site you're on and suggests the scenario that fits, so you're never digging through a menu to find the right one.

There's no account to create and nothing to install beyond the extension itself. The extension makes no network requests and stores no data; clicking the button simply opens a Lalophos practice session in a new tab. Free to use, built to be beaten before the real thing happens.
