Set nativeMessaging and tabHide to be optional permissions. Linkinary can work properly even without these permissions
for most users.

Change log:

• When firefox PBM is active, show a message asking the user to enabled native messaging when trying they to access
  extension pages.
• When firefox PBM is active, if the user modified the database without clicking on the sync button (the button with
  floppy disk icon in the options page) then a notification will appears every 5 minutes as a reminder to sync the
  database. Also the sync button will have a spinning animation to get the user attention.
• Tabs will now render the custom favicons for linkinary links instead of the original.
• Show permissions page on install, where optional permissions can be granted.
• Add a qr button in the page action popup, that displays the QR code for that page.
• UI improvements and a new view to add links simply by entering the link in the displayed popup.

Fix: extension page failed to load because of an incorrect import path in the code

Improve the UI and accessibility for toggle list & snapshot action menu popover.

Other changes in this release:

• Use the built-in WebExtensions API, publicSuffix to extract the domain from link instead of using third party library (Saves few kilobytes)
• The page action now is guaranteed to appear only for links stored in the extension's database. This will work even for single page applications.
• Add capture (in background) option in the snapshot action menu popover & also a capture snapshot button in the page action popup.
• If the link being accessed using the extension pages redirects to a new location. Linkinary will show a confirmation page with options to either continue or overwrite that link with the new one.
• When using Firefox PBM, the backup file now is saved with the name including the UUID generated by the browser when installing the extension. This helps in avoiding conflict between two profiles using PBM on the same machine.

Support showing/hiding sections from within the popup page

Features implemented in this patch:

• A toggle sections view that appear at the top of the popup page when hovering or using keyboard navigation.
• If a section is already hidden, when pressing the key for the section index on the keyboard, it will append the
  section along with its links (previously, doing this action did nothing). In addition, pressing simultaneously ctrl +
alt + the key for section index will hide the section.
• Snapshot button for link items in the options page now only shows if the link actually has a captured snapshot, and
  when clicked it will show a popover menu with the items: View, Freeze, and Remove
• Captured snapshots are now resized by 50% to reduce storage usage
• The page action popup now shows the current title & favicon, and has two buttons, one to refetch the website title &
  favicon, and the other to remove the link from the database
• Linkinary is now featured in the sidepanel. It will display the same content and support the same functionality as the
  popup page.

Linkinary v1.3 includes these features/improvements:

• initial support for PBM mode in firefox by using in-memory indexeddb (through fake-indexeddb) and communicating with a native host to do export when doing any operation on the database and then import on browser restart
• A countdown represented using unicode symbols will be displayed for 3 seconds before the snapshot is captured for a link opened from options/popup pages
• Adding/Removing links using item displayed in the context menu now will be immediately reflected in any opened tab of the options page
• Opening the popup using omnibox/address bar now supports providing a keyword, and the first link that include this keyword, the page will be scrolled into and get the initial focus. (previously only section indices were considered and for words, only first letter was used as the section index). This feature is also available for the search input in the options page
• Register alt + j/k as shortcuts for navigating between links/sections just like arrowdown/arrowup

Fix: Options & popup showing white screen when restarting browser

Migrate storing links data from the extension local storage to IndexedDB using a Dixie.js (a light wrapper on top of IndexedDB), and also other several features/improvements.

• Using IndexdDB through Dixie.js library makes more sense for storing links, which are dynamic structured data that is generated by the user, and it can also store blob data, so relying on base64 the images in Linkinary can be fully dropped, because blob urls can be generated directly after retrieving links from database.
• Implement image popover on hover for favicons and snapshots in the options page. Snapshots are only available for website links.
• Links for collapsed sections and the captured snapshot for a link are only fetched when user do the proper interaction.
• All the links now have some default favicon, and the blob url for each type of favicon is only generated once since it can be used by multiple links.
