Layer 3 link checking, rebuilt

• Every referenced URL is now checked. Earlier versions stopped after the first 25, so a "passed" result could hide hundreds of unchecked links.
• A progress bar shows how far along a check is, with a running count.
• The summary reports unique URLs and how many references they came from, so repeated images are not counted twice.
• URLs behind bot protection (Cloudflare, Turnstile) and URLs that time out are now reported as "could not be checked" warnings rather than dead links. A slow image server no longer looks like a broken manifest.
• Warnings are underlined in the editor and clickable, jumping straight to the line, the same as errors.

Other changes
- The help popup now mentions loading a manifest from a local JSON file.
- New look: blue header and a softer page background.
- Long URLs wrap correctly inside report entries.

Highlight and jump-to Layer 1 JSON syntax errors — Layer-1 JSON syntax errors (e.g. an unquoted value like "type": Manifest) now get underlined in the editor, get a gutter dot, and are clickable in the report panel to jump to the exact spot — same as Layer 2+ findings already did. Previously they only showed a message with no location.

Improves the error message for invalid rights URIs — correctly handles RightsStatements.org's /page browsing links and stray query strings, not just a plain http/https mismatch. Also improves error messages for other fields with similar pattern-based validation (viewingDirection, behavior).

Fixes the file picker showing 'No file chosen' after successfully loading a manifest. Improves the error message for rights URIs that use https instead of the required http scheme for Creative Commons and RightsStatements.org.

Adds support for validating IIIF Presentation 4 manifests (currently a draft specification upstream). Presentation 3 validation now checks against the official IIIF schema, adding deeper structural checks (including annotations and annotation content) that the previous version didn't cover. No changes to Presentation 2.1 validation.

Adds support for IIIF Presentation API 2.1 manifests (previously only validated 3.0) — the version is auto-detected from a manifest's @context, so no configuration is needed. Fixes a bug where Presentation 2.1 manifests' image links weren't being checked in the link-resolution layer. Completes the rename to loupe-iiif throughout the extension.

Renamed the extension to loupe-iiif. No functional changes.
