Added a level badge at the top of the review window for MaruMori vocab and kanji reviews, specifically added a warning surround when its a level 8 item. Levels and Level 8 warnings can be disabled in the settings menu.
Added the MaruMori dictionary to better score JLPT versus the MM list and it now uses it as a first lookup for translations instead of going to Jisho first.
