• Fix: fullscreen now works on pages that embed the video in a cross-origin
  iframe (e.g. purify.video, which embeds the YouTube player). Previously the
  reported video was dropped due to a Firefox cross-origin (Xray) restriction,
  so nothing went fullscreen.

No new permissions. No change to behavior on sites that already worked.

Adds three quality-of-life features to the MaxView control bar:

Total video duration shown at the start of the bar (after the play button).
Remaining time shown at the end of the bar (before the volume control).
A hover tooltip on the seek bar that shows the timestamp under the mouse pointer, like YouTube.
Times are displayed as H:MM:SS (hours shown only when needed).
