• Silence placement now fills long quiet stretches. Previously each silent gap received a single ad at its midpoint, so a long quiet intro put the first ad in the middle of it (often several minutes in). Ads now anchor at the start of each detected silence and repeat at your "Minimum seconds between ads" interval, so the earliest silence gets an ad near the very beginning.
• New "Add Ad at Start & End" button (Insert tab) that places one slot at 0:00 and one just before the end of the video.
• New "Also add an ad at the start & end" option on the Silence tab (on by default) to include those two slots in a silence run.
• The live estimate reflects the start/end slots when the option is enabled.

• Fixed cleanup on long videos (1 hour or more). Timestamps past the one-hour mark are now read correctly, so the "minimum seconds between ads" spacing works as expected instead of leaving every slot in place. Verified on videos up to 12 hours.
• Cleanup now reliably removes every targeted slot on large lists. Slots far down a 200+ row list are located and deleted instead of being skipped, and each deletion is confirmed before moving on.
• Fixed the false "Open a video's monetization editor" message that could appear even when the ad-slots editor was open. The popup now recovers automatically when the page was still loading or the extension had just been reloaded, and correctly detects the editor in both the upload/draft dialog and a published video's monetization tab.
