关于此扩展
Save any page or selection as a Markdown file in a folder you choose — not the clipboard, not Downloads. No account, no tracking.
Save what you read as a Markdown file — in a folder you choose, on your own disk.
Other clippers copy to your clipboard or drop a file in Downloads. mrkdwn Web Clipper writes a real .md file exactly where you want it: pick a folder once, and every clip lands there with a filename you control. No account. No cloud. No tracking. Your notes are plain .md files that work in any editor, forever.
— Clip a selection from the right-click menu, or the whole article from the toolbar
— Choose what gets saved: the article on its own, or the full page, with word counts for both
— Clean conversion: headings, lists, tables, code blocks, links and images resolved to work offline
— Frontmatter your tools can index: title, source, date, tags
— Filename templates ({date}, {slug}, {domain}) and subfolders, so clips file themselves
— Built for mrkdwn, the local-first editor by Buena Labs — but nothing requires it. The files are plain Markdown; any editor opens them, and you can walk away with them at any time.
Permissions, all minimal: reads the page only when you clip it (activeTab + scripting), a right-click menu entry (contextMenus), and your settings (storage). No host permissions, no data collection, no remote code.
