Create a free account at myfantasyscores.com and open your profile.
Copy your Extension API Key and paste it into the extension.
Your leagues stay in sync automatically from then on.

Private and secure
Your login sessions never leave your browser in readable form. Credentials are encrypted in transit and at rest, and the extension only accesses the sites required to keep your leagues in sync.
