🚀 Pure Mouse-Driven Control & Anti-Inertia Protection

100% Mouse-Driven Dual-Zone Control: Both speed and volume operate natively through mouse position without requiring any keyboard modifier keys (Alt, Shift, Ctrl):

Top 50% of video: Scroll wheel adjusts playback speed from 0.1x to 10.0x.

Bottom 50% of video: Scroll wheel adjusts audio volume.

Anti-Inertia Wheel Ratchet (Bug Fix): Introduced a refractory period (140 ms) and accumulated delta filter. This prevents trackpad momentum and free-spinning mouse wheels from triggering rapid multi-tick cascades that previously caused accidental volume drops to 10%.

Native Control Bar Safe Zone (48px): Excluded the bottom 48px of videos to prevent wheel capture over YouTube/Twitch scrubbers, volume sliders, and fullscreen controls.

Audio Synchronization: Deep integration with native HTML5 media elements and YouTube Player API (getVolume() & mute state).
