1. Purpose
   This license applies to all or part of the source code, scripts, graphic
   resources, configuration files, and other elements distributed with the
   "Not a Translator - Experiment" extension (hereinafter "the Software"),
   including, without limitation, its SenseMap (interactive semantic map),
   photo thumbnail, and related map features.
2. Permissions
   Subject to full compliance with this license, you are granted a free,
   personal, non-exclusive license to:

5. Prohibitions
   Unless you have obtained prior written consent from the rights holder, it
   is strictly prohibited to:

12. Names and identity
    "Not a Translator," "Not a Translator - Experiment," "Not a Translator
    Experiment Pro," "RootMap," and "SenseMap" identify this project and its
    author. Using them to designate another software, product, or service, or
    in any way that suggests affiliation, is prohibited without written
    consent.
13. Study and interoperability
    Acts strictly necessary for interoperability, as provided for by
    applicable mandatory legal provisions, remain permitted within the limits
    of those provisions.
14. No transfer of ownership
    This license does not transfer any intellectual property rights. All
    rights not expressly granted are reserved.
15. Termination and legal action
    Any breach of this license results in the immediate and automatic
    termination of the permissions granted, without prejudice to any damages
    and any action the rights holder reserves the right to bring, including
    for infringement.
16. No warranty
    The Software is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, express
    or implied. Use is at the user's own risk.
17. Governing law
    This license is governed by French law. Any dispute falls under the
    jurisdiction of the competent French courts.
