Fixes and improvements

• Fixed cases where a blocked website could sometimes show a blank page instead of the Numidia Blocker local blocked page.
• Added earlier navigation interception so blocked main-frame navigations are redirected more reliably to the local blocked page.
• Added a fallback for navigation errors to recover from browser-level blank/error states when a URL should be blocked.
• Added loop protection to avoid repeated redirects for the same tab and URL.
• Declared the blocked page and its local assets as web-accessible extension resources for stable Firefox redirects.
• Improved personal blocklist pattern support:
• exact domains: example.com
• subdomain patterns: *.example.com
• prefix patterns: badsite*
• suffix patterns: *badsite
• contains patterns: *keyword*
• human text patterns such as *un site*, normalized locally to safe hostname-style matching.
• Improved allowlist and blocklist conflict detection so overlapping patterns are handled more safely.
• Added regression tests for pattern handling, redirect rule generation, and service worker navigation hooks.
