OneTab Home Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 4, 2026
OneTab Home is a Firefox extension designed to provide a personal new-tab workspace for tasks, notes, links, tab sessions, focus sessions, and related productivity features.
Data Storage
OneTab Home stores user-created information, including tasks, notes, saved links, sessions, settings, and related workspace data, locally in the user's Firefox browser using browser storage.
OneTab Home does not require a user account.
Data Collection
OneTab Home does not collect, sell, or share personal user data with the developer or third parties.
The extension does not send the user's tasks, notes, saved sessions, quick links, or other personal workspace information to a remote server.
Browsing History
The optional browsing-history permission is used only for local activity/statistics functionality when that functionality is enabled or used by the user. This information is processed locally and is not transmitted to the developer or a third party.
Data Transfer
OneTab Home does not require an external server for its core functionality and does not transmit personal workspace data to remote services.
Data Export and Deletion
Users can use the extension's built-in export, import, and data-clearing features to manage their locally stored OneTab Home data.
Third-Party Services
OneTab Home does not require third-party services for its core functionality.
Changes to This Policy
This privacy policy may be updated when the extension's functionality or data practices change. Any significant changes will be reflected in an updated version of this policy.
