The whole section now disappears together with its content, and comes back as soon as any Short is allowed through.
- "Keep feeds full": topping up a heavily filtered feed could make YouTube load the same batch of videos twice, so the same video appeared two times in a row. The refill now waits until the previous load has finished, which prevents the duplicates.
