Paco — AI assistant for Bullhorn 作者： Paco

Paco is an AI assistant that lives in a sidebar next to Bullhorn. Ask a question
in plain English and Paco reads the records for you, so you stay on the page you
were already working on.

WHAT YOU CAN ASK
• "Who are the last ten candidates added for this job?"
• "Summarise this candidate's work history and availability."
• "What changed on this placement since last month?"
• "Draft a follow-up note for the contact on this job order."
• "Pull the resume on file and tell me if they've done night shifts."

HOW IT WORKS
• Open Bullhorn, click the Paco button, and the sidebar opens beside it.
• Paco reads the record you are looking at, so "this candidate" means the one on
screen.
• Record lookups run inside your own Bullhorn session, using your own
permissions. Paco cannot see anything you could not already open yourself.
• Answers stream back with the source records attached, so you can click through
and check them.

VOICE AND DICTATION
• Dictate a question instead of typing it.
• Start a hands-free voice call with Paco and get answers read back to you.

WHAT YOU NEED
• A Bullhorn account you can log into at app.bullhornstaffing.com.
• Paco does nothing on any other website, apart from our own demo sandbox at
demo.askpa.co, which holds invented records and exists so you can try Paco
without a Bullhorn login.

PRIVACY
Paco sends your question, and the record data needed to answer it, to our server
at server.askpa.co, which relays it to the AI providers that generate the
answer. Your Bullhorn password and session token never leave your browser.
