Patriotism -Early 1970s Style
While I was designing this swirly red white & blue pattern for Memorial Day, I had a memory. I was wearing a patriotic star spangled outfit. Someone said my outfit dishonored the United States Flag. I was bewildered. Mom had bought that outfit & both of us loved America!
