Pixiv Exporter saves a copy of your own Pixiv data to your computer. It works inside your browser with the account you are already signed in to, so there is nothing extra to log into, and your data is not sent to any third-party server.

You can export:

Your illustrations, manga, and ugoira animations
Your bookmarks, public or private, and optionally just one of your bookmark tags
Novels, whether a single piece, a full series, the ones you have published, or the ones you have bookmarked
Your following and followers
Comments on a work, and the people who bookmarked a work
Direct messages, one conversation or all of them

Formats:

ZIP, with the media files and a metadata file
CSV, for the metadata on its own
EPUB, for a novel or a novel series

A few details worth knowing:

Images embedded or referenced inside a novel are downloaded along with the text, so the export stands on its own.
Ugoira are saved as a single animated image.
Downloads are spaced out to stay within Pixiv's limits, and a task picks up where it left off if it is interrupted or you close the tab.

The free version exports up to 1000 records per task and runs one task at a time. A one-time purchase removes both limits and adds EPUB export.
